Exclusive: Oniru Royal Family in Perplexity as Oba Gbolahan Lawal’s Thugs Beats Prince Tijani Oniru Blue Black.

…………..What happened to my brother, I would not have allowed it to happen to Gbolahan Lawal If I was in his position. – Segun Oniru

Prince Segun Oniru

The handwriting had always been on the wall for all to see. However, it has now been inked in capital letters.

The new Oniru of Iruland, Oba Abdulwasiu Gbolahan Lawal is a monarch to watch out for.

Having been coronated, there have been reactions with campaigns of calumny to which the monarch has reacted with a big stick.

Aside from the fact that he took proactive actions to assert his authority as the new sheriff, he made it clear even to his families that he won’t be taking any prisoners.

Oba Gbolahan Lawal

The first person to feel the weight of Oba Lawal suffered an unfortunate fate as he was beaten blue-black by “Security Boys” loyal to the monarch.

While the drama that saw Prince Tijani, a younger brother to Prince Segun Oniru, one of the sons of the late Oniru being beaten might still be unfolding, the chubby and dark-skinned man was beaten and escorted away  by security men loyal to the new Oba, while been asked questions such as “who is your family in Lagos.”

For Prince Tijani, this is a day he won’t forget in a hurry.

Information reaching Society Reporters revealed that those thugs were running errands for the new Oniru, Oba Abdulwasiu Gbolahan Lawal to seal some Oniru family properties. That was when some people called Prince Tijani, who came to ask questions on the actions of the guys that later beat him and sent him away from the scene.

A source revealed to us that the new Oniru might be inviting war into the family with this ongoing fracas between the royal families.

Speaking on the issue, Society Reporters put a call through to Prince Segun Oniru who expressed his disappointment in the action taken by the security guys of the new Oba Oniru.

“At this stage, I’m not ready to give any press statement, but truly my younger brother was attacked by thugs claiming to be security men. I am still the MD of the security company managing the entire estate, so it’s not possible for it to be security men that would beat my brother.

Asking him the reason why Oba Oniru wanted to seal some properties belonging to the family, Prince Segun said he was not very sure if that was the reason why his younger brother was beaten.

Adding that, “What happened to my brother, I would not have allowed it to happen to Gbolahan Lawal if I was in his position”.

We will update you with the unfolding stories as we lay our hands on more information.
