Senate President Endorses Authentic Nigeria Football And Allied Sports Supporters Club

President of the Senate, Ahmed Ibrahim Lawan has thrown his weight behind Authentic Nigeria Football And Allied Sports Supporters Club, describing the brand as unique and elegant.

During a meeting between ANFASSC and the custodian of the National Assembly, Senator Lawan after endorsing the brand said the Abayomi Ogunjimi led supporters club has completely changed the face of what supporters club looked like in the past.

Senator Lawan said “In terms of branding, appearance, popularity and uniqueness, Authentic tick all boxes” .

President of ANFASSC, Prince Abayomi Ogunjimi who appreciated the encomiums from Senator Lawan presented a jersey to him.

On his part, Prince Ogunjimi appreciated the main man at the National Assembly while noting that it is the primary duty of the supporters club to cheer and sing the praises of every National Sports team in the country.

“On behalf of everyone at ANFASSC, we appreciate this recognition and with every sense of humility, it’s a promise that we will always ensure we stand out in every sphere of supporting different Nigerian brands”.

Up next for ANFASSC is the Super Eagles last Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Lesotho, the fixture is scheduled for March 30 at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos.
