One of the leading airlines in Nigeria Medview has served over 100 members of its staff dismissal letters.
According to reports, the disengaged staff were being owed six months of salaries before they were disengaged last week Friday.Part of the letter read that some of the affected staff would be called back when there is am improvement.
”Letter of disengagement, you would be reconsidered for employment when the situation improves,” It read.
The airline asked the disengaged staff to return all the company’s items in their possession including their uniforms and cabin shoes.
The aggrieved staff stormed the company’s office on Monday to demand their outstanding salaries as well as their allowances.
