The supreme court has just declared Ademola Adeleke of the PDP as the governor of Osun state.
The former governor of the state, Gboyega Oyetola had challenged Adeleke’s victory and dragged him to court in order to ‘reclaim’ his mandate.
However, he was rejected by the supreme court in Abuja today.
The Supreme Court has established that Oyetola failed to prove over-voting in his Appeal, as the BVAS machines are the basis for proving over-voting.
