Seyi Tinubu, one of the sons of APC chieftain, Bola Tinubu , and his fiancée, Layal Holm, got married on Monday, August 8, 2016. In attendance were family, friends and dignitaries of the powerful family including the Governor and Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode and Dr. Idiat Adebule, Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, Ooni of Ife, Oba Ogunwusi, Governor of Oyo state, Abiola Ajimobi, the Oba of Lagos who happened to be the host.
Information by us revealed that the registry officials were invited to come and perform the solemnization in the palace of the oba of lagos, where everything was duly performed and the couple whoi have known each other for over three years now, were pronounced husband and wife.
An insider who confided in Society people told us that the couple immediately left Nigeria on that Monday to far away Italy for the reception of the high and mighty wedding after which their honeymoon will start from there. The elated Seyi told us that his wife is his back bone. “She is my best friend. She is intelligent. She is my back bone. She is everything that a man want in a wife and I am glad to have her as my wife”.
Other guests at the wedding was Femi Otedola, Jim Ovia, Aliko Dangote, professor Pat Utomi, former EFCC Boss, Nuhu Ribadu among others.
