Following the incessant plundering of items meant for Internally Displaced Persons affected by natural disasters or man-made conflicts, a Life coach Seyi Olusore has taken to his social media handle to expose the nefarious activities of a popular shop located in Lekki phase 1 Lagos which deals in repackaging and selling of mosquito nets meant for IDPs.

According to Seyi, while he was helping to unfold his baby’s cot he discovered that the net which he bought a week ago at the rate of Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Naira (3750) from Ebeano Outlet located in Lekki was actually meant to be distributed for free as it was clearly labeled “Not for Sale”. It is also alleged that these nefarious activities have long been in existence as it is a well-known money-spinning business to those saddled with providing such items for IDP camps Many Nigerians especially those on social media however strongly condemn the act as the urge the relevant authorities to seat up and checkmate these illegal activities which have gradually turned to a norm in Nigeria.
