Justice Inyang Ekwo of a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Wednesday admitted in evidence the judgment of a Federal High Court in Abuja which convicted and sentenced to six years imprisonment, a former Chairman of the defunct Pension Reform Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina.
The judgment was admitted as an exhibit against a former Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Stephen Oronsaye.
Specifically, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) tendered the said judgment in the ongoing trial of Oronsaye on money laundering charges.
