Breaking: Many feared dead as 3-storey building collapses in Kano GSM market

A three-storey building has collapsed at a popular GSM market along Beirut Road in Kano state on Tuesday.

The incident occurred at about 3:30pm when the building collapsed on the traders, food vendors and other people at the market.

According to eyewitnesses who spoke to Society Reporters source, said many people are currently trapped in the rubble.

The eyewitness said that three people had been removed alive but many are still trapped in the rubble.

As at the time of filing this report, rescue operation is ongoing.
